° Is the insurance included for each NightSwap? °
The insurance is automatically included in each valid NightSwap without extra fees for the members.
° What is the geographical scope of the insurance? °
The insurance covers worldwide no matter the nationality and the destination.
° For how long does the insurance cover my case? °
The insurance covers as long as the duration of your NightSwap.
° If a problem surfaces, what is the procedure I should follow? °
For each validated NightSwap, you receive the necessary information in case you need assistance. However, you can contact NightSwapping at any time: email@example.com
° What to do in case of sinister? °
When you validate your NightSwap you will receive an email with the title: "Your Nightswapping insurance". In the email you will find all the information necessary in case of:
- Claims, property damage, non-conformity and unavailability;
- Need of assistance for repatriation or medical transport.
Finally, you can also find the claim document. It must be send within 5 days after the event to the following address:
